Spurred by Emil's post, this time we were guided gastronomically. Of course, we would have preferred the sausage, but as the total lack of it we have tried a shell. Moules-frites is the traditional dish on the coast. Steamed mussels with fries, to be set with the delicious varieties seems to have no limits, whether in wine, mustard, tomato or cream sauce, each one is a delight.
