Dad is sad. The Sallymobil has become an Imobil but that's an other story. And the SFR is driving us up the wall. Since the end of March they are not able to make the internet run fluently. It's struggling all time long. Then the technician came twice to show us "our" faults. Fortunately he recognized that it was their fault sol he disappeared not without letting us know that we should be patient for the next ten weeks and if nothing has changed in meanwhile we should call them again. Funny thing was afterwards that some SFR-Clown called us to sell us a new flat rate which was a more expensive as he has heard that we were not happy with our internet speed.
